By accessing or purchasing from the Everyday Oils Co. website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Us

Everyday Oils Co. is an Australian-owned business supplying pure essential oils for household and personal use, operated from Epping, Victoria, Australia. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors at any time. Product images are representative; actual appearance may vary slightly due to natural variation in essential oils.

All essential oils sold by Everyday Oils Co. are intended for topical and household use only. They are not intended for internal consumption, therapeutic use, or as a substitute for medical treatment. Our products are not listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) and no therapeutic claims are made.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or where stock is unavailable.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major payment methods. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We dispatch orders within 2–3 business days from our Epping, VIC warehouse. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Free shipping applies to orders over $49 Australia-wide. We currently ship to Australian addresses only.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier once the order has been dispatched.

5. Returns and Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  • Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Change of mind: We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost.
  • Opened items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened essential oil products unless they are faulty.

6. Product Safety and Disclaimer

Essential oils are highly concentrated and must be used responsibly:

  • Always dilute essential oils in a suitable carrier oil before applying to skin.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
  • Do not ingest essential oils.
  • Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you have a medical condition.
  • Perform a patch test before applying to skin.

Everyday Oils Co. accepts no liability for any adverse reactions, injury, or damage resulting from misuse of our products.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Everyday Oils Co. and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everyday Oils Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
